I Murdered A Mushroom

Who ever thought de-gilling a mushroom would be fun! That’s what I did last night. Poor little mushroom. 
Actually it wasn’t so little, it was a portobello mushroom… So it was quite large. And yummy!
Our jambalaya turned out awesome yesterday evening and made a fine dinner, with enough left over to pack some for for Brandon’s lunch today and my dinner tonight! It was a quiet evening of food, alcohol, and The Biggest Loser. Exciting, yes? 
Jillian annoys the crap out of me. She’s a trainer, not a psychiatrist. I loathe the scenes where she is trying to get to the reason these people got obese. Motivate and train, otherwise shut up imho. And I am frustrated she didn’t manage to eat the full plate of crap food she was given. She gave up… LAME!
It’s raining today in San Diego. That makes the lunch walk rather unappealing so I stayed in. I’ll do a cross fit thing tonight so no big deal but tomorrow I’ll be sure to bring some rain-worthy clothing and not missing my afternoon exercise again!
Weekend, where are you? I want you back in my life!
