Finally!
Current Mood:
Excited
My stress item at work is finally starting to sound like something un-ass. That’s been bugging me for weeks. Now I’m actually looking forward to going out and recording for it. I think the Microtrack may be sacrificed during the first recording since it’s the most unloved of my field recorders. And I want to get ANOTHER one anyways. I have issues.
I really would like to start updating my audio blog more but it puts me in the conundrum of what can I really say? I hate trying to monitor my words. However I can show this:
This is what I’m working on and I’m pretty excited about it. So maybe I will start making use of my audio blog more now. I’ve made a point not to talk much about audio/work here in general because this is my “get away from that” area.
So enough on that!
Perhaps those Lululemon pants were worth their $80 price tag. I quite enjoyed wearing them yesterday and never once did I have to pull them up or anything. I mean they made it thru 30 burpees! That’s the sign of a winner. As long as they last like 2 years then I think it’s a worthwhile purchase. They are a slightly thicker material than I’m used to and while I’m not sure I dislike that… I’m not sure I like it yet either. But the way they cut them is definitely with a lot of movement in mind.
Brandon is coming over tonight! He has successfully outlived his plague. Looking forward to seeing him because while we spent the entire vacation together we haven’t had “chill” time to ourselves in quite awhile. Not only did he get me that awesome FoodSaver for Christmas but also a nice little healthy cookbook to go along with it. So we are going to make something out of that tonight. In fact, that turkeyloaf I made the other night was also from the same book. I vacuum sealed 3 leftover pieces… 2 are in the freezer and one I put in the fridge. I had the fridged version last night and it was YUMMY!
Well, back to work, then a nice 40 minute walk, then work, then grocery store, then workout, then time with Brandon!
